A new music event where fans co-create the experience

ORIGIN STØRIES, a new creative tech studio launches their livestream co-creation concept where artists and audiences co-create the visuals for the show on 7 June in Stockholm, Sweden.

Bridging the storytelling gap between artists and audiences

Music events are great. Everyone loves a great musical experience where the artist shines and gives their best performance to wow the audience. Origin Støries wants to add to that by giving the audience the chance to wow the artists too. VIEW CONCEPT VIDEO HERE

Everyone who attends gets the opportunity to co-create the visuals for the event with the artist. Together with local talent and U.S. born Amsterdam based Sean Bradford, ORIGIN STØRIES is experimenting with the future of music events by putting the fans on stage as well.

New technology brings new opportunities. ORIGIN STØRIES was born out of a desire to use this emerging tech to elevate events to the next level for artists and fans. For them, music is so much more than just a track or an album.

There is a whole spectrum of art surrounding music like storytelling, a visual world, fashion, and lifestyle that’s just as important to the experience as the music itself and offers a lot of space to experiment. AI and Web3 open up the opportunity to start trying out things in a space where artists and fans shape an event.

When a fan gets their ticket for the event, they will be invited to remix and add to the visuals that the artists have made. The artist sets the rules and gets things going while the fans get to play with them before the event and share input.

Together they generate images that form the basis for the videos that will be shown at the event. Stockholm's event will take place in the new prestigious venue, The Node. Imagine seeing your creations being displayed during the performances.

On top of this, fans and artists will also co-own the visuals that have been generated that can be used and sold after the event in the form of merchandise or videos that fans can use for their own purposes. So fans could even end up in a situation where they add so much value to the event that they actually make money with their contributions.

Behind all of this is the generative AI video technology that ORIGIN STØRIES is building where artists talk to a chatbot about their music project, and based on the answers to those questions, it can propose a prompt that generates images that ultimately generate a video that will be used as the visuals for the event. It’s pretty wild.

"The ability for musicians to enhance storytelling through generative AI and share that with audiences has the potential to completely re-imagine the artist-fan relationship." - Sean Bradford, ORIGIN STØRIES - Founder

ORIGIN STØRIES believes that, when done right, AI and web3 can enhance our experiences, starting with live music events. The creativity comes from the artists, and now, fans and they are building the tools to bring them closer together.

Their event in Oslo will be an experiment to see how well the tech works by bringing it into the real world and showcasing it in front of a live audience.
